Young Literati Put on a Scary Good Party

On Friday, October 24, the Young Literati of the St. Louis Public Library Foundation raised $1,500 at its Friday Night Fright party at downtown’s Central Library. Over 130 people showed up for this unique night of music, food, drinks and fun.

Local author Angie Fox was on hand to talk about her New York Times Best-selling novel The Accidental Demonslayer, and DJ Raven Fox provided excellent vibrations for all to enjoy.

There was plenty to do all night, whether it was touring the eerie hidden chambers of Central Library, getting a tarot card reading, or going on the spooky scavenger hunt through the building.

The Young Literati will now focus on supporting the Foundation’s Winter White Gala After Party on December 6 at Central Library. For ticket information visit www.ticketmaster.com keyword: winter white.
