FRIENDS Reception for Jane Smiley at Central
We’re inviting all of our FRIENDS to our annual membership reception, featuring Pulitzer Prize-winning author, Jane Smiley, at Central Library on April 6. Please join us for an hour prior to Ms. Smiley’s remarks to enjoy light refreshments and chat with the author and other FRIENDS of the St. Louis Public Library.
Ms. Smiley will be signing and discussing Jetta Carleton’s The Moonflower Vine. Ms. Smiley has written the introduction for a new edition of this forgotten classic. She will also be signing copies of her other works.
